“I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you for all you do for Sandi and I. I really mean it, Mark. Now that our 3rd rental is up and running, and all of the craziness is gone, it’s nice to sit back and show appreciation to to who deserves it. You do for sure. We now have four houses, one which will be paid for in five short years. You have always been so supportive of Sandi and I. Anytime, day or, night, Saturday or Sunday, you do whatever we need to make our purchase. I feel so good, Mark, when I can look at a realtor and say, “Don’t worry, if we say we can do it, we can, and our guy will back us up.” We can only hope that the market turns around and our property gains value. With all the talk today about funny loans and people getting in trouble, that has never been the case in our relationship. You have kept us out of trouble and always kept our best interests in mind. I really again want to show my gratitude for all the help, guidance, and friendship you have given us over the years.
