I hope all is well with you and yours. I have attached a flyer that talks about an incentive that the government is offering home buyers. There are some stipulations, such as the property must be the primary residence of the buyer, but it is still an outstanding offer. The government is offering a 3% Assistance Grant that can be used for:
- Down Payments
- Closing Costs
- Prepaid Items
This, coupled with the the low interest rates that we are seeing, means that now is a great time to consider purchasing your first home, or even moving up to a bigger and better property!
